Couldn't do much about the goal, and was certainly the busier of the two keepers in terms of shots faced

Kept drifting into midfield then doing nothing with the ball - in part of because of the lack of movement ahead him. Not a great defensive header in the lead up to their goal either.

It's a great header from Isak but I think Saliba is flat-footed/ball-watching as the cross comes in

Did fine, esp considering it looked like he had a bad knee injury last weekend

Could he have done a bit more to block the cross? Maybe not, but I suspect other left-backs would come under some scrutiny for that if they'd been playing

Set-piece delivery was dreadful all day, and while he did have an effort which deflected wide, he spurned a glorious chance to grab a late equaliser when his header lacked conviction

Had a shot blocked off the line in the first half, but didn't bring much to the party in terms of midfield control/penetration

For a player as technically secure he is, this was well below par from him. It was like the first time he'd seen a ball at times.

Made our best chance of the game, was doubled up on all day long, and we still just gave it to him and asked him to produce something out of nothing

Infuriatingly lax at times, when he was brought on to offer more technical security

Struggled to get into the game, just 11 touches in well over 30 minutes, but did fashion a shooting chance for himself. Something few others managed.

Really didn't offer anything when he came on

At least kept it ticking well when it came his way

Not on long enough to rate but it says something that the most enjoyable thing about our performance today was him leaving a bit on Bruno Guimaraes
