Not overly tested, Monaco's best chances were fired wide without need of his intervention

Some iffy moments, and I'm not a fan of the in-field throws, but another good shift out of position

Mostly solid but one poor pass led to a good second half for Embolo

Won more tackles than any other Arsenal player this evening, good on the ball including one excellent long pass which set Jesus clear for a chance he should have scored

Played so well on his first Champions League start, and involved in the first goal with some lovely play high up the pitch

I thought he played well in the first half, but taken off relatively early in the second. Feels like a change where we're managing his fitness

A good game from the Spaniard, won tackles, made interceptions, and used the ball well. Harshly booked

Missed a great chance after he won the ball himself, but so creative and important in the first half.

2 goals and an assist, that end product keeps coming – even on nights when it takes him a while to get into the game

Made one of the Jesus chances, but missed a huge opportunity of his own. I think the TNT Sport chat about him being lucky to avoid a second yellow was overblown, but some refs might not have been so generous.

His assist for Saka was excellent, his finishing for the two chances he had not so much - but some green shoots from his performance this evening.

A very impressive cameo, some excellent play in our half helped us beat the Monaco press and change the dynamic. Closed down the keeper for the second and scored the third
