Caught well, claimed well and his quick thinking set Rice away for the goal. Couldn't do much about the Brentford equaliser.

Played well at right back and showed great energy to stay with Declan Rice on the break, before scoring a great goal. Marshalled his side well.

Probably the standout performer on the day. He defended well, mopped up everything at the back but also drove the team forward with some great runs (and distribution).

Another decent performance without doing anything amazing. His relationship with Saliba looks to be building and he's done enough to start on Wednesday night - which is huge for him!

Solid performance from KT. Got up and down the flank well, put some crosses in and showed great defensive instincts against Mbeumo who isolated him a few times in transition.

Jorginho did Jorginho things. Moved the ball around, kept things ticking but you can see he's got nothing running back towards goal. Took a whack from Mbeumo and came off late on.

Managed his way through the game but his quality is so obvious. He's feeling himself at the moment and watching him storm through the pitch - before the goal - was great. Very frustrated when he came off.

Played in the Odegaard role today but didn't have a huge impact. Typically neat in possession but he didn't create much and his chemistry with Nwaneri was lacking (as expected).

Took some good corners and had a few nearly moments when cutting inside, but never found the opportunities to shoot and he was replaced after an hour.

Wasn't his best day. It's difficult against those big Brentford defenders, but he was loose on the ball and didn't make himself available enough in the second half. Holds onto the ball too long sometimes.

Really tried to force the issue today. He was the main outlet and had some good runs (from out to in), and could have scored but for some excellent last ditch defending. Took a few whacks as well - Norgaard should have been sent off for the first half challenge.

Came on with half an hour to play but didn't make a huge impact. Played some nice passes to Saka and Timber but his overall ball security needs to improve.

Still working his way to full fitness and you can see it. Had some nearly moments at the end with some good perseverance.

Nice and tidy, defended some breakaway moments well.

10/10 for the fans telling Rice to shoot every time he got on the ball
