Had a few moments today where he looked to be decisive but didn't quite execute as well as he'd like. Still, clean sheet!

Nobody made more tackles, he locked down that right flank very well

Led the team for clearances today, and had a running battle with the extremely difficult Brian Brobbey. Dealt with his yellow card very well

Another big showing alongside Saliba, made one crucial tackle in our box when Sunderland threatened and we had just a one goal lead

Looked a bit rusty, didn't quite impact the game in the way we know he can

A brilliant strike to open the scoring, his sixth of the season, his security on the ball today was superb

Excellent again, almost curled a shot from distance in, and his reading of the game was fantastic, cutting out potential danger more than once with timely interceptions

Got an assist for the second goal, almost scored himself in the first half, and really had a positive impact

I thought he was so good today, great pass in the build-up to the second, but it came after he'd tormented them on that side all afternoon. Came off with an injury but hopefully it's nothing serious

It didn't really happen for him today, just has a tendency to switch off in moments when we need him on his toes

Perhaps unlucky to be just offside late in the first half, but otherwise he was very peripheral and made little impact

Really positive, added zip on the right, made an assist for the third goal, and had dangerous moments in their box too

A big impact off the bench with two goals, but his general play offered more than Jesus had previously. 6 goals in his last 8 games, his best run of form in an Arsenal shirt. Keep it up!

A positive cameo, had a decent effort which went just wide, tidy in midfield, and a great run made an opportunity for Martinelli
