Liverpool 0-1 Arsenal

Didn't really have a lot to do in terms of saves - played 41 long balls in this game!

Probably fortunate not to give away a penalty in the first half, I'd certainly want it if it was up the other end

Made 8 clearances and 5 tackles, the most of any Arsenal player in either category, another cracking performance

4 clearances, 3 blocked shots, solid as a rock

I thought he did really well against whoever Liverpool put out on their right, his one on one defending has really improved

Maybe less assured in possession than he usually is but provided the assist for the only goal of the game - a big contribution. Also made 4 tackles and 2 key passes.

He really enjoyed one tackle in our box, and was involved in the build-up to the goal

Led the press really well, at one point late in the game he overtook Gyokeres who should have had fresher legs. Caught by a nasty foul early on too

Very lively early on, faded a bit, then almost made it 2-0 with a brilliantly executed shot that forced Alisson into a great save

Had a decent game, bar one moment where he should have released Tzolis. Made up for it later with the pass that saw the Greek international hit the target, and made 3 key passes overall

Back on the scoresheet with a big winner, but I saw him do defensive work at centre-half and left-back which said a lot about how the game went

Came on for Guimaraes, did some nice stuff but untidy in possession a couple of times when he can be more secure
